House of François Carrier on lot 72-1at 4179 Chemin Royal. This being the oldest house on the property was built in 1755. |

This is the view that one has looking North from the back ot the house of François Carrier. The view is of the St-Lawrence river, the Cote de Beaupré with Chateau Richer in the center and Ste-Anne de Beaupré just out of view at the extreme right. |

The second oldest house on the property is that of Jeannette Fortin
at 4191 Chemin Royal. It was built in 1877.

| These two houses are part of a group of six houses that
are now on the original land of Simon, originally labelled #22 and currently
in the cadastre 67 to 72 plus 2/3 of 73.
